Guildhall Street

Guildhall Street leads back towards the main street of the city. The shops on either side are mostly owned by Debenhams, the department store. This is the start of the pedestrianised area of the centre of the city, although access is only denied from 10.30am to 4pm.

Turning left takes you to Sun Street and Buttermarket, the small square in front of the Cathedral.
