St. Dunstan's Street

I suspect the little row of white houses the left here of being seriously old. One of them used to house a small tobacconists, called Humprey Pugh.

On the right is an imposing brick built building that fronts an inner court housing several businesses. Next to that is the Roper Gate, which you will see if you turn round, or go to the top of the road and come back.
