The End of Rose Lane

Here we are at the end of Rose Lane, the road ahead is called Marlowe Avenue. It runs down the side of another car park. The road running right and left here is known as Watling Street.

The church ahead is brand new, and part of the Whitefriars development. Turn left to go up to one of the original city gates: Ridingate; and right to go down Watling Street.
