City Centre

We have reached the centre of the City, or at least that's what this spot feels like. Turning right takes us down narrow Mercery Lane to the Cathedral. Turning left takes us down St. Margaret's Street, past a new shopping arcade eventually ending at the Norman Castle and the East Railway station.

The High Street continues on towards the older buildings that contain many shops, restaurants and offices.
