King Street

The building ahead is converted from what I have always taken to be an old fire station (but I have no proof of that). The brick part is the original and the white piece added in the last few years. I was told by a viewer that this was a scrap yard in the 1930s. Well, it's a Dentist now.

King Street turns left ahead of us here. You can turn right into Knott's Lane, and follow that down to St.Radigund's Street that follows the old line of the city walls.
