St. Margaret's Church now houses the 'Canterbury Tales Visitor
Centre', a celebration of Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. The experience
is hard to describe, you travel from room to room with Chaucer's
pilgrims hearing the tales.

web page has more details.
A couple of reports on the conversion appeared in the Annual Reports
of the Canterbury Archaeological Trust. It's evident that the
'working' title of the project was 'Pilgrim's Way'. There's also a
followup snippet from 1988/1989.

- A report on the interior of the church
- A report on the Roman Baths that were on the site
